Welcome!

Hi! I'm Zahra, a qualified Personal Trainer and experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor with a degree in Exercise, Health and Nutrition. I would love to welcome you to my beautiful home studio in Bushey, Hertfordshire.

You can choose between 1:1 Personal Training or Reformer Pilates sessions, either 25 or 50 minutes in duration. The private sessions are designed to help you achieve your goals, whether that is to lose fat, build muscle, or both. Through exercise you can increase your strength, improve your flexibility and create a happier and healthier you.

 

Online coaching and downloadable workout plans are other options if you prefer to work out in your own gym but need structure, guidance and accountability.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have some previous experience, my goal is to create a supportive space where l can share my knowledge and passion for fitness, nutrition, and health with you.
